The delicate works on paper of Ayesha Sultana and Yasmin Jahan Nupur beautifully echo each other. Urban-cool mixes with sweet drops of naiveté in Salzar Rahman’s drawings. Mohammad Hasanur Rahman claws away at materialism, endlessly searching for a true and pure form while Shehzad Chowdhury attempts to graft spontaneity with concept. Subtle and often delicate, these works all point at tempting new directions.
